Pomegranate Adrenal Cocktail

Pomegranate: Pomegranate is an amazing superfood that contains the phenolic compound punicalagin and has been shown to have three times the antioxidant activity of red wine or green tea. Research also suggests that pomegranate juice may lower blood pressure and reduce oxidative stress in the body following exercise. Enjoy the anti-inflammatory benefits of polyphenol-rich pomegranates in this adrenal cocktail recipe that also features whole food vitamin C from acerola fruit extract, as well as trace minerals to support adrenal and immune function. Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic salt

  • 1 scoop Jigsaw Adrenal Cocktail

  • 8 ounces of filtered water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass or mason jar and serve with ice.
