The Nutritionally Right Baby Program is here to serve as your guiding light, so you can confidently nourish your body throughout each step of your journey to motherhood.

The Process

  • 01. Assess

    Before creating your roadmap to baby, we meet virtually so you can share your story with me, because every story is important and your journey is unique. I will assess your current nutrition and lifestyle habits, as well as your previous labs, to uncover where your body needs the most support on your journey to motherhood.

  • 02. Create

    After we meet, I create a personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan that’s based on your specific needs as well as what stage you’re at on your journey to motherhood. We then connect again so I can share this plan with you so you have a clear guide on your journey to baby, and no longer have to guess or search the internet for answers about how to optimize the health of baby and you!

  • 03. Embark

    Over the next 12-weeks, we will be meeting with each other virtually where you will receive all the support you need as you embark on your journey to baby. This includes access to daily support through private messaging so you can ask any questions you may have along the way and feel confident as you navigate through your journey to motherhood.

Hi, I’’m Madeline

I have a passion for women’s health and believe that as women, our bodies are amazing, intuitive, and incredible. We were given the beautiful gift to create life, to bring other little humans into the world. The journey to motherhood can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time… the health of our baby is up to us and that can feel like a huge and heavy feat! Of course, as a Functional Registered Dietitian I view nutrition as important during all stages of life, but there is truly never a more important time to focus on nourishment than when preparing for, and growing a baby.  I believe that in preparing our bodies for conception, we are in turn optimizing women’s health, and that can never start too early. I’m fueled with this innate desire to get women more in touch with their fertility and feel empowered on their journey to baby.
